Space Flight

In one short section, we discuss the entire latter half of the term "aerospace". The basic principles of orbits are discussed, so that we can if needed, calculate how much we might weigh on the surface of the planet Xylon. Or Mars. Or calculate the Escape Velocity from Jupiter. We then look at the relations between the size of a rocket and its capabilities, and see why rockets that must reach Space have to be so large. The choices faced by space mission planners are glimpsed here.
